Exchange rates and returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items not worn for return or change size and/or item within 14 days from the date of shipment.

Instructions

To request return authorization, fill out the quick form at the bottom of the page, within 14 days of receiving the order, entering the order number (without the symbol #) and your email used at the time of ordering.

You will be redirected to the Returns and Changes management page where you can view your order and, by clicking the appropriate EXCHANGE or RETURN button, you can carry out the procedure of returning a product to have a cash return or the change of size and /or item.

Once you have received your return or change request, the Milord® team will send you an email confirmation with instructions to proceed with the return of the items to our headquarters.

The transport costs for the return of the product are borne by the customer.

The return of the items must be received at the headquarters of Milord® within 10 days of the return authorization email. The garments must not have been washed or altered and must not show signs of use. Each item must be returned including the original label and packaging.

After receiving the product and verifying its integrity we will replace the item with the size indicated during the Exchange procedure or refund only the price of the product.
